  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and dispatched.


2. Shipping Within Australia

  • We ship Australia-wide via AusPost.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery: May be available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your order until it arrives safely.


4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we primarily ship within Australia.

  • For international enquiries, please contact us before placing your order.


5. Packaging

  • All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Sealed Pokémon TCG products remain factory sealed and untampered.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to the nature of Pokémon TCG products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
