How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and dispatched.

For deliveries within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (depending on your location)
  • Express Shipping: May be available at checkout for faster delivery
Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we primarily ship within Australia. For international enquiries, please contact us directly before placing an order.

Which courier service do you use?

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post (AusPost).

Sealed Pokémon TCG products remain factory sealed and untampered.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of Pokémon TCG products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.
